- RETURN POLICY: LIT MOMENTS CANDLE CO. will accept a return on products purchased directly from lit-moments.com within 7 days of purchase if the product was damaged during the shipping process. Please email info@lit-moments.com in order to start processing your return.
- SHIPPING POLICY: Standard processing takes 3 - 5 business days as we sometimes make candles to-order. Processing time does not account for the package transit times once it leaves our Studio. Once your order leaves our NC Studio, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Please let us know if you would like your order expedited and we will try our best to accommodate! This request can be made by sending us an email at info@lit-moments.com. We cannot refund for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. If you receive a notification your package was delivered but hasn't shown up yet, please wait a couple of days and if it hasn't arrived, please email us info@lit-moment.com. Once your order has left our studio, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the carrier with tracking information given to you via email. To protect the candles during extreme hot weather, we only ship orders Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays).
