Lit Moments Candle Company started on a quiet evening in 2019 during what we’ve always called “mother-daughter time.” We were gathered around the table, laughing, sharing stories, and exploring candle-making just for fun. Out of nowhere, someone said, “Let’s start a candle business!” We all laughed at first… but then, in almost perfect unison, we looked at each other and said, “Actually... let’s do it.”

What began as a lighthearted idea quickly grew into something so much more. We each went home and told our families, and while there were a few puzzled looks, they supported us wholeheartedly from day one. That support gave us the courage to keep going, even when the path wasn’t always clear.

It wasn’t until two years in... right in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic... that we truly uncovered our “why.” Lit Moments was never just about making candles. It was about creating moments that matter. We realized that our own struggles... dealing with allergies, migraines, and the need for calm... could guide us to create something not only beautiful but beneficial.

We started making candles with cleaner ingredients, mindful blends, and sustainable materials... things we felt good using in our own homes and sharing with others. That commitment led to the creation of our Chakra Collection, which centers around balance, wellness, and intentional living.

Lit Moments became our way of giving back... to ourselves, to our community, and to the world around us. Each candle we pour is made with care and purpose, designed to bring peace, comfort, and joy into your space.

Today, Lit Moments stands for more than just home fragrance. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and lighting the way to a more thoughtful, inspired life.
