Pause or Cancel Anytime

Need to take a break? No problem. You can pause or cancel your subscription at
any time by logging into your Subscription Dashboard using the same email you
used to place your order.

Why Doesn’t My Discount Code Work?

As noted in the product description, subscription items are not eligible for
discount codes. If your cart contains any subscription products, discount codes
will be automatically disabled. To apply a discount to non-subscription items,
please complete separate transactions.

When Will My Subscription Ship?

All subscriptions are poured in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Your box will ship within 3–5 business days from your initial purchase date.
For example, if your first order is placed on April 22, your first box should
ship by April 25, with subsequent boxes shipping around the 25th of each
following month (based on your delivery frequency).

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If we are closed for a holiday or extended break, your order will ship within one week of our return.
